Stringing is difficult and time consuming when it comes to fiddles with many sympathetic strings. One tip from Kalle Kallin is to use thin drinking straws. If the strings are placed in such you can avoid them to cross each other. This is extra useful if the strings are used and thus once wound around a peg.
