RESONERA MERA!

Svenska fioler med resonanssträngar

Another unsigned viol (viola da gamba), kept at the Swedish museum of performing arts (formerly known as Stockholm music museum), but probably not built in Sweden. Note the tulip shaped intarsia, also present in some Swedish double-deckers, but in this case in a tripple repetition. The repetition makes the tulip reference less obvious and perhaps another name might have been more suitable.
